The District office will generally be open from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, to facilitate in person delivery and receipt of any correspondence or grievance for delivery to the Board of Directors. The District Manager will accept documents on behalf of the Board. If the District Manager is unavailable, the Office Manager will accept documents. The District also has a private mail slot to the left of the office entrance that can be used for documents to be delivered to the Board, 24 hours a day. The District mailing address is 284 East Water Street, Stayton, OR 97383. The District general email is office@santiamwater.gov. Additionally, special arrangements can be made by contacing the office at 503-769-2669.
